I have a pain in my left arm that started about a week ago, located about 2 inches below the inside of my elbow. The pain is sharp when in certain positions or when picking up items, even lighter ones, but there is no pain at rest. The pain has also spread upwards to my shoulder. I'm still having severe chest pain from candida, which started again today. I'm on a 14-day course of Flucosanole (100mg) and have 2 days left. The pain is centered on my chest bone, not related to swallowing, and has worsened. Is it normal to still have this pain, and does it sometimes take multiple rounds of treatment to clear up?
