I have been experiencing abdominal pain for over a month, which radiates to my back and sometimes down to my groin. The pain is sometimes aggravated when I am about to use the toilet. I had a normal pelvic ultrasound four months ago. I am 22 years old and the pain is more in the lower abdomen. I also have constipation and occasional indigestion and reflux.
