I had some bleeding 24 hours after a sexual encounter (only finger penetration). I am currently taking birth control (Movisse), and my period is irregular. I have vestibular migraines that result in A&E visits for cyclizine injections to stop vomiting and balance issues. This time, my tinnitus in one ear is very loud and I feel full in my head for about 10 days, which is unusual as they usually last 1 or 2 days. I had 3 clear days and now another migraine has started. I'm anxious as I've felt horrible for a while and other than cyclizine and rizatriptan, which hasn't helped much, I'd like advice on what to do next.
