Is an A/G level of 2.4 anything to worry about? I have no symptoms and am taking phentermine for weight loss. I've been taking it for about a month and I'm 49 years old. There is no family history of autoimmune diseases.

I have a dilated bile duct measuring 7.7mm, diagnosed via ultrasound. The issue has been concerning me for a little over a month. I am currently taking pantoprazole 40mg and experiencing an uncomfortable pain in the area. My blood work and stool tests were normal except for low potassium levels. The ultrasound showed no stones or sludge in the gallbladder. Should I seek an ERCP elsewhere or wait for a scheduled ultrasound on June 13th, and should I continue my usual training regimen of marathons and Ironman competitions?

I ate something bad and now my stomach hurts, I feel nauseous, and I also feel dizzy. The stomach pain started right after finishing the food and is more or less constant. The pain is ache-like, similar to acid reflux. I am currently using Acidophilus probiotics and Dramamine, and I am 18 years old with a history of asthma. What should I do for relief?
