I have a stuffy nose, severe headache mainly in the mornings, muscle cramps, and lower calf charley horses. What could it be?

I had hemorrhoid surgery on 8/16 and still have itching/burning in the anorectal area. I've been applying zinc oxide but no relief. My general surgeon said last week that it looks good anatomically, no fissures etc., but irritated. Any ideas-suggestions?

I experienced dizziness while standing and talking for about 15 minutes this morning. I am a 24-year-old female with slight anemia due to minor thalassemia, on a ketogenic diet with limited carbs and 800 calories per day. I have no known diabetes or heart problems, but I do have an extra heartbeat detected during a stethoscope checkup. My blood pressure and sugar levels are normal when sitting. What could be causing this dizziness, and what should I do about it?

Should we take our 8-month-old daughter to urgent care? She has been experiencing a fever ranging from 101-103°F since 1/5 early am, with periods of cooling down to 101°F and 100°F. She has been sleepy and coughing a lot. She has no known allergies and is not on any daily medications.

My 12-year-old son has been diagnosed with fatty liver and has abnormal lab results, including high ANA and ASCA levels, but negative lupus-specific antibodies and other infections. He has GI symptoms like abdominal pain, diarrhea/constipation, and fatigue. His GI symptoms improved with a gluten-free, dairy-free diet. What could be causing his fatty liver and other symptoms?
