I have had normal blood tests and a barium meal, and I am currently taking pariet 20mg for 14 days without relief. Additionally, I have been feeling a tightness or lump sensation in my throat for the past two days. Could this be caused by IBS or a peptic ulcer, and why am I experiencing throat tightness?
