My penis skin is red, white, and looks like it’s been in water. It started last month as dark red, began to itch, and now looks wrinkly like it’s been wet. I stopped using different soaps and it went away for a week but came back. After sex, I wash with baby soap, which started burning the outside of my skin. I haven’t had sex in 3 days, and now it looks like it did a month ago. Can you diagnose this and suggest treatment?

I suffer from chronic pain due to nerve damage in my neck and back, along with other medical issues such as scoliosis, knee replacements needed, a torn labrum in my hip, and multiple surgeries. I am struggling to get adequate pain management in the United States and am considering seeking medical help in Mexico. My friend, who is a doctor, suggested that with proper prescriptions or a letter from my doctors here, Mexico might provide the necessary medications. Is it advisable to seek medical treatment in Mexico for my chronic pain, and are there any other suggestions for managing my pain effectively?

My feet are swollen and I feel bloated. I am taking Furosemide, which is supposed to help. I was told to take one tablet each day unless my feet swelled, then take two tablets for three days. This is not working this time. I am diagnosed with heart failure, and my doctor says my heart itself is strong. I would like to walk to lose weight, but I can't do it now.
