I now have pressure in the same area that comes and goes, feeling like something wants to come out in my rectal and vaginal areas. It feels overly full, like swelling but without actual swelling. I have a history of neuropathy for over 20 years, which has worsened. Could this be related to my neuropathy, and what should I consider for my upcoming doctor's appointment?

I have been experiencing pain in my anus, a feeling of something being stuck, and symptoms ranging from diarrhea to difficulty going to the bathroom. I have also noticed blood in my stools and occasional butt spasms. I am 29 years old and had a normal physical in July. I am a vet suffering from PTSD, panic attacks, and depression. My psychiatrist wants me to switch from .5 mg Xanax 3x daily as needed and .5 mg Klonopin at night to 25 mg Sertraline (Zoloft). I have had bad reactions to other medications like Wellbutrin. I also heard that Theanine or GABA might help with Klonopin withdrawal. What are your thoughts on Zoloft and using GABA or Benadryl for withdrawal symptoms?
