My RBC, Hemoglobin, and Hematocrit numbers are too low. I have active Colitis and significant mitral valve leakage, which might damage red blood cells. My RBC six days ago was 2.71, Hemoglobin - 9.0, Hematocrit - 28.6, MCV - 105.5, RDW - 52.0, showing a decline from April. I switched from Sulfasalazine to Lialda for Colitis, but no relief yet. My question is, do you think it's more related to the gastro issue or the mitral valve leak, or both? I am concerned that my low numbers might affect my eligibility for repair surgery.

I've been experiencing a feeling of liquid dripping down my head from the middle to my nose, headaches, and eye pressure, which might be related to my Graves' disease. I also have urinary incontinence, blurry vision, and irritated eyes. Could these symptoms be related to hydrocephalus, a CSF leak, glaucoma, or another condition?

I got stung by what I think is a bee yesterday afternoon and last night my finger has become very swollen and painful and it is hard to bend. What should I do?

My 3-year-old son was stung by a bee or wasp yesterday. The sting site is not very swollen, but it itches a little. Today, he spontaneously developed a fever of 39.6 degrees. Is this related to the sting, or are these probably different causes? It has been about 18 hours since the sting. Additionally, a red line developed on the skin leading away from the wound, about 6 cm, and the wound remains very itchy. When should the itching stop normally, and is the antibiotic Phenoxymethylpenicillin (Infectocillin) the right choice for this situation?

I have been experiencing migraines since suffering whiplash in a 2018 auto accident, accompanied by severe photophobia, dizziness, and cognitive issues. My MRIs show low-lying cerebellar tonsils, and I have tried various treatments including Amerge, CoQ10, Magnesium, and Riboflavin, but they worsened my headaches. Currently, I use Claritin-D 12-Hour and either ibuprofen or Tylenol, which sometimes help. My neurologist believes these are post-accident migraines, but I'm seeking a second opinion. Could these symptoms be related to something more serious, like Chiari I malformation, or am I just suffering from migraines?
