I’ve been vomiting and having diarrhea for the past 12 hours. I can’t keep anything down, even water. I’ve vomited 7 separate attacks, each with 5-6 heaves of vomit. I’m also experiencing sweating, and my diarrhea is now just green water with no solids, and my vomit is yellowish. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I started antibiotics for strep throat last Sunday, but had to switch to a different antibiotic on day 4 due to a reaction. I'm now on Keflex 500 mg twice a day and have been symptom-free for a week, except for small white spots on my right tonsil.
