Why is my blood pressure high at a doctor's office and normal at home?

I went to dinner last night for my birthday. I had sautéed mushrooms as a side. I took 2 bites and then I realized I need to ask what sauce was used to sauté the mushrooms. The waiter told me the sauce was Marsala wine and teriyaki. I immediately got nervous because I have to take random urine alcohol and etc tests. Well low and behold today I got randomly selected for etg Test. I’m scared I will fail. Is it possible to fail an etg test if I only had 2 bites of mushrooms sautéed in cooked Marsala?

I have a month-old shoulder injury where I strained both shoulders. My left side is 90% recovered, but I'm having difficulty raising my right arm. I'm considering physical therapy. How long have you had the injury, are you using any medications, and do you have any other medical history the doctor should know about?

My blood pressure is 192/135. Should I go to the ER? I am taking Lisinopril 40 mg and I am diabetic.

My husband was seen by his doctor for a pain in his right side. The doctor didn't think it was appendicitis and said if it was, symptoms would appear within 3 days. He has no other symptoms besides the pain. Could it be a pulled muscle, and if so, how long would that pain take to go away? Also, he has an umbilical hernia that he has had for years now; could the pain have something to do with that? He said it seems to be protruding more since the pain started.
