I went to dinner last night for my birthday. I had sautéed mushrooms as a side. I took 2 bites and then I realized I need to ask what sauce was used to sauté the mushrooms. The waiter told me the sauce was Marsala wine and teriyaki. I immediately got nervous because I have to take random urine alcohol and etc tests. My husband was seen by his doctor for a pain in his right side. The doctor didn't think it was appendicitis and said if it was, symptoms would appear within 3 days. Also, he has an umbilical hernia that he has had for years now; could the pain have something to do with that? He said it seems to be protruding more since the pain started.
