My toddler has RSV and was diagnosed with bronchitis on Monday. They have been running a fever since Saturday, but are fever-free today. They have not been eating since Friday but are drinking some fluids. Should I be concerned?

I have a sore area at the corners of my mouth, possibly from wearing a mask. I have tried polysporin and Clotrimazole, but it is still sore and not getting better. How long have you had the soreness? Is this stable or getting worse? Are you still using clotrimazole? Is there anything else in your medical history the Doctor should know?
