Is it normal to feel pain in an ileostomy when stool has to come out, feeling like a contracting cramp due to constipation?

I am going for lumbar fusion and decompression surgery on the 19th. I am panicking because I have an anxiety disorder and have been on Xanax for 20 years. I know they will have to give me painkillers, which I don't want because they can't be combined with Xanax, and I can't stop taking Xanax abruptly. What should I do?

I have an 8-year-old son who often has erections and seems to masturbate frequently, about 5 times a day. His penis appears to be about 8 inches long. Is it normal for a boy his age to have frequent erections, a large penis, and to masturbate so often? I am concerned about his behavior.

I’ve been having really bad stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting for about 4 days. The pain started 2 days ago and comes and goes. It’s sharp then achey, and I sit to use the bathroom and throw up at the same time. I have SLE lupus, anemia, and take plaquenil, prenatals, vitamin B12, and vitamin D. I’m 27 and pregnant. Should I go to the ER?
