My wife has about 8 bruises that suddenly appeared on her legs and arm, with 2 of them being the size of a baseball and having a white center with a knot in it. She has had them for about 4 days. She is 35 years old, not using any medications, has had 2 seizures, and had pneumonia in her right lung last month. Her joints have been hurting. What could be causing these bruises and what should we do?

I've been experiencing episodes where I feel like I'm about to faint, accompanied by symptoms such as high heart rate (150-160 bpm), loss of vision, cold sweats, paleness, heaviness, hand trembling, and a sudden drop in blood pressure (e.g., 97/50 with 108 bpm). These episodes occur especially after smoking tobacco and are happening at least once a week. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

Can metastatic tumor be detected with an MRI scan? I'm concerned that the 'acute fracture' and marrow edema might be due to metastatic cancer, as my mom had stage 1 breast cancer. What should I do based on the MRI report's impressions regarding the acute fracture and marrow edema?

I have a loss of smell and a mild intermittent post nasal drip for about 2.5 months. The loss of smell is intermittent and does not ever come back to normal. I also have moderate Laryngo pharyngeal reflux and only recently have started to try to treat it. Does reflux and LPR cause loss of smell? I have a very inflamed nose and nasopharynx and recently for about 2-3 weeks, I also developed eustachian tube dysfunction. I'm not sure if this is all reflux related or if I should start inhaled steroids for the inflamed nose and nasopharynx. Today, I had a severe burning sensation in my nostrils and was slightly improved with a saline nasal spray. All of these are very baffling symptoms and I am relatively healthy except for these symptoms.
