I experienced a slight burning pain at the tip of my penis during urination yesterday, which has now stopped. However, the last two times I urinated, a small dark string substance came out with the urine, possibly dried blood. I am 60 years old, sexually active last week, and do not drink enough water, but I started drinking water mixed with apple cider vinegar yesterday. What could be the cause of this, and what should I do?

Am I dehydrated or is my Allegra causing dry mouth? I felt nauseous, my head muscles felt tight, and I have had post nasal drip for a couple of days. I drank 3 bottles of water today and threw up a bit. I also deal with a lot of anxiety and have been using Flonase multiple times today, about 7-8 times. My urine is not dark or deep yellow, but I feel uncomfortable and anxious in the moment.
