Every time I urinate, my hands get very painful, like the nerves are firing, but there is no apparent reason. The urination is also becoming difficult. I am currently taking losartin and xarelto. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

Earlier today, I lost my side vision and it was blurry only in one eye. I also had a severe headache. I have since taken ibuprofen, which has reduced the headache, but it is still lingering. My vision is back to normal now. Should I be worried about this?

I have thoracic outlet syndrome that has gone untreated for 4.5 years. My doctor forgot to send my referral to a vascular surgeon 6 months ago, and my pain is unmanageable with worsening symptoms. I can't see my doctor for another month. If I go to a hospital with a vascular surgeon trained to treat TOS, can I get treatment without my doctor's referral?
