On my pathology report, it stated '1.2cm tumor disrupted in inflamed frayed in external capsule'. Is that anything to be concerned about, and what does it mean for my prognosis and quality of life?

I am concerned about the statement in the comment section referring to 'the disruption may be the result of surgery'. When I went to get a second opinion from another urologist, he told me that may or may not be a concern, referring to a possible spill of cancer cells. What is your opinion?

I have been experiencing right upper quadrant pain for over 4 years, which sometimes occurs with alcohol consumption and sometimes out of nowhere. I had my gallbladder removed due to sludge, and a CT scan showed fatty liver, but my liver function tests are currently normal. I also have colitis and irritable bowel syndrome. What could be causing my pain, and what additional tests should I consider?

I am overweight and want to lose 50lbs to reach the 200 lb range. I have borderline hypertension and a family history of heart issues. I have taken Belviq in the past with some success but now have a prescription for Contrave. I am going to Italy in 5 weeks and am concerned about taking Contrave due to potential side effects like hot flashes and increased sweating, especially in hot weather. Should I take Belviq until after my trip and then switch to Contrave, or start Contrave now and deal with any side effects? Also, can I drink alcohol while on Contrave, similar to how I could with Belviq?
