Over the past couple of weeks, I have been experiencing strange little spasms at the tip of my tongue, jaw pain, ear pain, a hard and painful area under my jaw (assumed to be a lymph node), and pain when swallowing. I also feel generally ill. I had a toxic ear infection previously and used leftover Cipro ear drops for the current ear pain. An urgent care physician found fluid in my ears but no sign of infection, and prescribed a medrol pack to reduce swelling. I am concerned that this may be more than just an inflamed lymph node and wonder if the tongue issues could be muscle spasms due to inflammation in my jaw, ear, and throat.

I was admitted to the hospital for rhabdomyolysis and have been getting very sick. I went to a rheumatologist to investigate the possibility of having an autoimmune disease. My HLA-B27 test came back positive. Do I have any symptoms of Ankylosing Spondylitis, and what should I do next?

I have a severe sore throat that Tylenol and Cepacol aren't helping. My throat has been gradually getting worse since Sunday, and I have a feeding tube in for one more week. I also have concerns about my blood sugar levels and the activity of my baby.

I have a full burning pain in the upper part of my stomach that comes and goes. When I go to the bathroom or drink water, it feels better. I ate cereal with milk last night, and my stomach feels bloated with some pain in my back. My gall bladder and appendix were removed a while back. What could be causing this pain?

My 4-year-old child has had a fever of 103.2°F, which broke after giving her Tylenol, but she vomited shortly after and complained of neck pain. She had a low-grade fever (101.3°F) a couple of days ago with pink eye, for which she has been on antibiotics. She has been coughing occasionally and had a good breathing pattern without any pre-existing respiratory conditions. What should I do to manage her symptoms and when should I be concerned about her fever?
