Recently, I had an erotic massage with a transgender masseuse/escort who performed analingus on me, fingered me anally with bare hands, and rubbed her penis against my anus without penetration. She showed me recent negative STD test results from July 3rd and informed me she has been on PrEP for about 2 years and gets tested every month. It has been 11 days since the exposure, and I have pain behind my right knee. Is this pain related to ARS symptoms? Is the above scenario considered a risk for HIV and require testing? Has there ever been a documented case of transmission from any of the activities listed above?

I had sex 6 days ago and found out today that my partner was positive for chlamydia. I have noticed a slight burning sensation during urination and a feeling that something is off around my penis area, like I'm leaking but nothing is visible. I have 14 pills of amoxicillin/clavulanate 125 mg. Will this be enough to cure chlamydia?

After my first COVID shot (over a year ago), the muscle pain in my upper left arm never really went away and seems to be getting worse. The pain comes and goes, is sharp at times, and stays above the elbow. I am 64 years old, do not take any prescription medications, and have not seen a doctor about this yet. What could be causing this pain and what should I do about it?

I am having constant pain due to migraines, mainly in my head, neck, and shoulders. Typical migraine medicines don't work for me, and I'm allergic to NSAIDs. I'm 58 years old, have fibromyalgia, and take Lyrica for it. I get Botox every 3 months for my migraines but still experience breakthrough pain. I don't want to go to the ER due to COVID. What can I do to manage this pain?
