I tested positive for leukocytes 15leu/uL, uro 3.5umol/L, protein 0.15g/L, pH 5.5, SG 1.030, and everything else was negative. What does this indicate and what should I do?

I am a postmenopausal woman with an estradiol level of 265, which is quite high for postmenopausal women. I haven't seen a doctor yet and only take Imigran for migraines when needed, along with supplements like Pro Biotic, CoQ10, and Magnesium. My migraines occur about four times a month and are accompanied by nausea and vomiting. I only have one ovary and one fallopian tube remaining due to a previous infection. I have not had a period for 13 years and use an estrogen pessary for vaginal dryness once per month. What should I do about my elevated estradiol level?

I missed a dosage of Sertraline 25 mg last night and am wondering what to do today. Should I double up and take my missed dose right now and one later at my normal time or just wait until my normal time (11:30 pm)? Will I feel any bad side effects/symptoms today if I wait?

Hi Doc. I have the Sickle Cell trait. My lab drawn A1C was 6.2 and my home A1c test reads 7.6. Can the Sickle Cell Trait give a false A1c reading? I'm assuming the Lab drawn test will be the most accurate of the two, correct?

I broke my right femur in an accident on 3/12/18 and had a bone graft for a nonunion on 7/29/18. For almost six months, the doctors told me everything was healing fine, but I couldn't lift my leg off the ground from the knee down. The doctor said he put the rod low to capture the fragments, which is why the pain stopped me from lifting my leg. I got the results from a cat scan, which concluded chronic nonunion of the supracondylar region. I immediately started using a bone stimulator 8 days ago and can now lift my leg almost straight. Does this mean my bone is uniting? The doctor has not contacted me since the cat scan, so I am asking you.
