I have been experiencing redness, itching, and occasional welts on my skin, especially after showers, baths, or physical activities. I am concerned about dermatographia, allergies, and potential underlying health issues such as cancer or carcinoid syndrome. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do to address them?
