I had shoulder surgery in June for impingement, bursa removal, and shaving of the labrum and rotator cuff. The pain has returned in a different location, and I'm concerned about possibly tearing the rotator cuff again. I've had shots, anti-inflammatory medications, and physical therapy, but I don't want to go through another year of treatment without improvement. Should I consider surgery again, and is it reasonable to prefer surgery if it's the only way to address the issue effectively?

I have been feeling cold all day and took my temperature, which was 93.6 and 94.4 degrees Fahrenheit. I have Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Raynaud's disease.
