Should I switch back to insulin instead of continuing with Alogliptin and other oral medications for my high blood sugar, given that my blood sugar levels remain high and I'm concerned about potential damage to my eyes, kidneys, and other organs? I accidentally took both my Lexapro (10mg) and Buspirone (15mg) twice today, about 12 hours apart. Is this a dangerous amount? What can I expect to experience? Should I continue my normal routine of taking Lexapro and Buspirone together in the AM and just Buspirone in the PM, or should I skip one or the other tomorrow morning?

I have had non-specific urethritis for 7 days now, not sexually transmitted, with urethral irritation but no discharge or burning during urination. My symptoms have remained the same. Should I take Azithromycin or wait further to see if symptoms subside, especially considering the possibility that the irritation was caused by vigorous masturbation?

I recently lost a lot of weight and have been scared of gaining it back. I've noticed my arms, feet, fingers, and stomach getting bloated at times. I ate a lot a few days ago, and my arms and stomach still feel bigger. I'm unsure if this is bloating or actual weight gain. What could be causing this, and what can I do to resolve it?
