I'm a 28-year-old female with high blood pressure, taking diltiazem. I experienced diarrhea, nausea, mild chest pain under my left breast, and high blood pressure today. Blood work and ECG results were normal. My current blood pressure is 163/102. Should I go back to the ER, and what can I do to manage my symptoms and anxiety?

Is it safe to take Osteo Relief paracetamol if I have Cardiomyopathy? I am currently using Carvedilol, Entrestrone Forxiga, and Spironolactone. I hardly ever use paracetamol and have no other significant medical history to mention.

I found an oval lump under my skin in my right arm tricep. I noticed it yesterday but don’t know for how long it’s been there, could be long. It’s soft but firm, doesn’t move around, and is pretty small, maybe a few centimeters. There’s no pain, tenderness, local redness, or heat, and no family history of lipomas. What could this lump be?

I have had diarrhea for 4 days, starting with vomiting and diarrhea, accompanied by stomach cramps and a fever of 100°F. The fever and vomiting have subsided, but the diarrhea persists, appearing like rich gold-colored urine and occurring almost hourly, especially after consuming any food or drink. I have noticed some blood in my stool, which I believe to be anal fissures. I have not traveled recently or been in contact with anyone who has been sick. What should I do?
