Why does my heart rate increase to about 115 beats per minute after a night of drinking, when my normal resting heart rate is between 60-80 beats per minute?

I woke up during the night with pain in my left arm and left upper chest. This morning, the pain is concentrated in my left upper chest. I took ibuprofen and the pain seems better, but I can't take a deep breath without pain. I'm thinking it's muscle strain due to a mammogram on Friday and moving books yesterday. I want to make sure it isn't signs of a heart attack. I have asthma and took Advair earlier for shortness of breath. My pulse is between 61-66 when sitting, and my oxygenation rate is 97%.

I have been experiencing a pulsing sensation under my right chest, slightly more towards the center, for three days now, along with sore nipples. I want to know if this is anything serious I should go in for. I've been dealing with this issue for 3 days and my health has been generally good lately. I have no other medical history that the doctor should know about.

I had double bypass heart surgery in December 2016 and occasionally my blood pressure seems to be irregular. My systolic pressure is 145, diastolic is 75, and my pulse drops to 51, causing chest pains. What could cause this, and what should I do?
