The upper part of my right arm is very tender and often burns if I touch it. It wakes me in the night if I lay on it and seems to be spreading up into my shoulder and neck. I watered my flowers a few days ago and this caused me extreme pain and stiffness in my neck for several days. I have had the pain now for about a year and it seems to be getting worse.

I have had an inner and outer ear infection for over a week now. I'm taking an antibiotic for it, but the pain is still very severe after being on medication for a week. I'm worried I may have more damage done while I wait out the 10 days of antibiotic which I have 4 days left. I also have an upper respiratory infection and the pain is in my left ear and down my neck. My left ear feels plugged and could "pop" at any time, but it never does.
