Additionally, I have developed a significant skin eruption at the end of the scar on my shoulder, which the doctor believes is a metal allergy, and the plate will need to be removed in a year. I ate a large amount of Mexican peppers a month ago, and since then, I've had a burning sensation in my abdomen on the right side near the upper rib cage, causing severe pain and discomfort. I've tried yogurt, ginger ale, and milk, but nothing seems to help. Additionally, my mouth is always dry, my urine is yellow with a lot of mucus, and sometimes there's blood in my nose and throat. I also find it difficult to lay on my stomach, sit for long, or stand; the only comfortable position is kneeling on my bed. What could be causing this, and what can I do to alleviate the pain and discomfort?

I am a transgender FTM since 1983. I had my breasts removed in 1994, and I am currently experiencing pain in my ovaries and need to have them removed. However, I am on Medicare and my status is listed as Male, which prevents me from finding a doctor who can perform the surgery and have Medicare cover it. I am on a fixed income with permanent disability/social security. How can I get Medicare to cover the surgery despite my status being Male?
