We have a newborn grandchild with a red, rash butt. The doctors advised against using talcum powder due to potential eye issues. Our other kids used talcum powder successfully for 2 1/2 years without any issues. Do you have an opinion on this? The mother is not breastfeeding, using formula, and the child just had a circumcision. The redness is only around the rectum area.

Regarding my previous concern about the buzzing and vibrating feel on my penis. I have reduced my caffeine intake as advised, which has helped. However, despite normal results from urine tests and ultrasounds for the bladder and kidneys, I still worry that I may have an STI. I don't have any symptoms or bumps, but I am concerned because I know I am a hypochondriac. I need help for this problem!

I am a postmenopausal woman with an estradiol level of 265, which is quite high for postmenopausal women. I haven't seen a doctor yet and only take Imigran for migraines when needed, along with supplements like Pro Biotic, CoQ10, and Magnesium. My migraines occur about four times a month and are accompanied by nausea and vomiting. I only have one ovary and one fallopian tube remaining due to a previous infection. I have not had a period for 13 years and use an estrogen pessary for vaginal dryness once per month. What should I do about my elevated estradiol level?
