What could be causing swelling all over the body, mostly on the ankles, shortness of breath, short memory, and hair fall?

I just started taking Tamiflu. My doctor told me I had the flu but never tested me. I took my second dose today. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I don't believe I had the flu. If the medication is working, does that mean I had the flu? I'm scared the medication will harm my unborn child.

I woke up yesterday with intense pain at my tailbone, which is swollen and painful, making me nauseated. I did not fall or have any kind of injury. The pain is located right about my buttocks but below where the dimples at the end of my spine are. I have no other medical issues with my bowels or otherwise, no fever, but I do have some weakness and pain that is shooting down my left leg, with no numbness or tingling.

I am married for 2 years and trying for pregnancy. My LH levels were high (around 20), which reduced to 13 after taking Duloton for 2 months. However, my follicles are retained and new ones are not forming for the next cycle. My doctor advised me to take Duphaston for 15 days from the 10th day of my periods. Will I be able to conceive? I am worried as many people struggle with conception due to hormone problems. Please clarify.
