I am looking for opinions about treatment for erectile dysfunction, specifically wave therapy. I see a lot of marketing concerning this and I'm unsure if I can trust the reviews. Do you have any opinions about wave therapy? Also, there are practitioners who charge $6,000 for wave therapy, and there are devices that can be purchased for self-use. Are either of these effective, or is this a scam?

I have been on various SSRIs for almost 10 years to manage depression and anxiety. Despite trying multiple medications and dosages, I experience constant drowsiness and joint/muscle pain. I also have a CPAP machine for sleep and take other medications like Wellbutrin, Adderall, and testosterone therapy. I need help combating the drowsiness side effects of SSRIs.

My doctor is increasing my Lexapro (generic) dosage from 10mg to 20mg, and I still have half of the 10mg left. Should I take 2 pills together, and will there be a significant difference in how I feel with the 20mg dosage?

I bought a 6L EKG device and noticed palpitations and sudden intense/rapid heartbeats, like muscle spasms. I take propranolol daily for hyperthyroidism-related elevated heart rate/palpitations, but the sensation persists even after taking the dose. The palpitations used to happen rarely but have been occurring off and on for the past 30 minutes. What is it and should I be concerned? How does the EKG look?
