I had a cataract on my right eye and it was removed when I was 55 years old. I only use one eye anyway because the vision is 20/200 in my left eye, due to a defective optic nerve. Should I ever bother to have the cataract removed from my left eye? My vision is 20/30 in my right eye.

I've been experiencing sweating, paleness, nausea, headaches, droopy eyes, and extreme fatigue for several months, especially after eating. I recently traveled to Thailand, which seemed to worsen these symptoms. My GP tested for malaria and referred me to an infectious disease specialist, who found no issues but suspected a possible stomach abscess. I have a paralyzed right diaphragm, a 7mm node in my lung, small nodes on my thyroid, and a goiter. I also have polyneuropathy, fibromyalgia, epilepsy, COPD, gastroparesis, a Vagus nerve disorder, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism, and low blood pressure.
