At what point do you think it is appropriate to switch to TPN, consider leave from work, and start prednisone? I lost more weight, have needed fluids, and have difficulty with daily tasks such as going to work. My BP was super low, I was seeing black, and I have light pink spotting. Is it normal to be 40% effaced at 27 weeks?
