I've been drinking Smart Water exclusively and my urine is unusually cloudy. I've consumed 1.5 liters of water today, but I often wake up late and struggle to sleep at night due to overthinking and physical discomfort. I also have a burning sensation in my spine and the soles of my feet. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do next?

I have been experiencing intense nerve pain after penetrative sex, which has become more frequent and severe over the past year. The pain radiates from my gut area down to my uterus and is often accompanied by abdominal bloating. I have a family history of endometriosis and have been checked for STIs and HIV, all negative. What could be causing this pain, and what tests or evaluations should I consider?

I experience small shooting pains in my head every so often. I am 30 years old, male, and do not have migraines. The pains last only a few seconds at most. What could be causing these headaches and how can I manage them?

I just got over a cold last week and was feeling much better this week. Now I'm experiencing a sore throat and swollen, tender glands in my neck. What is the likelihood of this being the Delta Variant? I had COVID last year and got through it fine. I'm 61 in good health, generally, and am taking Tylenol right now for the sore throat. It's been this way for two days now. No other symptoms. I do have allergies sometimes that I manage with Flonase if I have a stuffy nose but not experiencing that now. Cold and allergy meds such as Allegra and Claritin dry me out and don't address the problem. It's rainy, humid here in NC. Could be the barometric pressure which affects me but I don't usually get the sore glands.

I have COVID-19 and would like to know what medications I can take. I have chills, a slight fever of 37.1°C, and no cough. My breathing is fine, and I have no pre-existing respiratory conditions. I am 52 years old, this is my first COVID infection, I have had all four COVID vaccine shots, and I have high cholesterol. What treatments can I try for my symptoms?
