What are the risks of STD/HIV transmission from saliva getting into hair with a tiny cut or scab on the head after oral contact, and from purse straps touching public bathroom floors or shopping carts and then touching the mouth, vaginal, or anal area with unclean hands? Also, how should I approach telling a partner that I may have given them high-risk HPV strains?

I have recently increased my lithium intake from 450mg to 900mg to help with relaxation during the night due to pain. I am experiencing side effects such as feeling obtunded upon waking and increased appetite. I had a cold about 1 1/2 weeks ago. It lasted 2 days but left me with residual chest tightness and breathing issues. I am very active and do CrossFit 5 times a week. I also have a competition in a month and need to ramp up my training, but my breathing is affecting my performance. I have asthma that is usually well controlled with Advair and ProAir. I have also been taking OTC Mucinex twice a day and drinking a lot of water and hot tea. What else can I do to improve my breathing and open up my lungs?

I am a 41-year-old female with a history of competitive sports. For the past 4 months, I've had severe lower back, hip, and thigh pain on the left side, sometimes bed-bound. My MRI showed L4/L5 broad-based disc bulge and an annulus tear, and L5/S1 left paracentral disc protrusion. How severe is this condition, how long will I likely be in pain, and can I return to sports? The doctor recommended physiotherapy; is this a good approach?
