Do you guys do autism evaluations? I resonate with a lot of autism symptoms from when I was a baby, I'm 19 years old, and currently on ADHD, anxiety, and depression medication. I always thought I had something more than just these 3 things and I think I might have ASD. Is there anything else in my medical history the Doctor should know?

I've been experiencing redness, dryness, and soreness around my nose, along with small red bumps, for the past couple of weeks. The issue is mainly centered around my nostrils and the surrounding skin, extending to where my cheeks crease when I smile. I'm using a moisturizer daily and have tried pawpaw ointment, which helps with dryness but not with the redness and bumps. What could this be, and how can I fix it?

Is it necessary to continue with the IV antifungal medication, amphotericin B, for my father who has cryptococcal infection, considering there are oral medications available that treat the infection successfully, unless infected with HIV/AIDS (which he is not)? Additionally, is the use of Benadryl necessary without first analyzing whether the antifungal medication will cause any adverse reactions that are more harmful than the Benadryl itself?
