I have a question about drug testing. I am worried about a pre-employment drug test and a potential false positive. I have had 7 knee surgeries and a major hip reconstruction, and I have chronic pain. I don't take any prescribed painkillers or illegal drugs, but I do take Kratom occasionally. It is legal in my state. Will a 10-panel urine test detect Kratom, and how does it detect it if it is not illegal?

I was using Cipralex 20mg, then my doctor advised me to lower the dose to 15mg, then 10mg, then 5mg (and eventually stop it). After lowering the dose, I noticed some problems: pain in my lower back and a loss of feeling during orgasm when I masturbate. I'm currently taking 5mg and have had this problem for about a month. Can you help me with that? Is this from lowering the dose? Additionally, I went for a general check-up and found my SGPT level to be 90. Is this from Cipralex? I'm also taking multivitamins, vitamin D, and Glucosamine MSM. Is this risky? What should I do?

I want someone to interpret my rotator cuff MRI results. I am in a lot of pain and cannot see a doctor for another week. I have already tried physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medications, and a steroid shot from an orthopedic surgeon. I have the MRI images on a CD but no radiologist's report. How can I get an interpretation of my MRI results?
