While lying on my left side scrubbing the floor, I experienced sudden hot/numbness in the right side of my head/face, down my right arm, and down my right leg. This improved when I stopped, but I still have some lingering nerve pain/tingling in my right side of my face and my right hand. What could have caused this, especially given that I had a brain MRI 3 months ago that showed white matter lesions but nothing else?

I think I might be infertile. I have not been able to conceive after trying for about a year, and I'm not taking any medications. I'm 21 years old, female, 4 feet 10 inches tall, and weigh about 160 pounds. My period is regular, and I had a 2cm cyst on one of my ovaries about a year ago. Could these factors be affecting my ability to conceive?

I have been experiencing worsening muscle fasciculations that have spread to more parts of my body, including my left eye. The twitches occur when the muscles are at rest. I have no family history of neurological conditions, no pain or cramping, and my vitals are within normal parameters except for a BMI of 32.1. I received two shots of the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine and noticed the symptoms starting on 5/21/21. I am concerned about the possibility of debilitating neuropathy, ALS, Parkinson's with Lewy bodies, or a pinched nerve. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have been experiencing off and on headaches in specific spots on my head, which are quite painful and last for a while. These headaches are not accompanied by confusion but do feel like occasional eyeball rolling tics. I am a 26-year-old male with a history of anxiety and stress, currently taking citalopram 40mg daily and montelukast. I occasionally get localized shooting pain in these spots, and sometimes experience slight bouts of dizziness with them. Light can make the pain slightly worse, and I recently had a severe cramping pain on my left side above my temple that increased with movement, coughing, or bending over. What could be causing these headaches?
