I have been experiencing worsening muscle fasciculations that have spread to more parts of my body, including my left eye. The twitches occur when the muscles are at rest. I have no family history of neurological conditions, no pain or cramping, and my vitals are within normal parameters except for a BMI of 32.1. I have been experiencing off and on headaches in specific spots on my head, which are quite painful and last for a while.
