I have recent blood work showing elevated CRP, liver enzymes, triglycerides, and A1C (first time above 5.4). I also have sleep apnea and have been experiencing severe choking and chest tightness at night, despite increasing my CPAP pressure. My doctor prescribed a muscle relaxer, but it hasn't helped. I'm concerned about potential heart damage from the strain of not breathing. What could be causing these issues and what specialist should I consult?

I have had a rash for a month that is extremely itchy, and I recently found a small bump on the bone behind my ear. I am on antihistamines and have had a cortisone shot, but the rash persists. I am worried about the bump and the possibility of lymphoma or an undetected infection. What could be causing the rash, and should I be concerned about the bump?
