My cheeks get too red on a daily basis, not just when I shower or exercise. The redness has been persistent for about a year or two, and it bothers me a lot. I have sensitive skin and use only a milk cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, and facial oil. I haven't used any medication for this and haven't seen a dermatologist.
