I have spasticity in both legs and have seen multiple specialists who only recommend physical therapy. Oral baclofen caused me to swell in the ankles. Do you think a baclofen pump might help? What seems to make the symptoms worse or better? Are there any other treatment options I should consider?

I have been experiencing back and leg pains that are not relieved by the medications prescribed by an urgent care MD, including Toradol injections. I take Jardiance and Metformin for diabetes, Enalapril for high blood pressure, Crestor for high cholesterol, and multivitamins. I do not have any allergies. The pain started recently after working in the garden trimming big trees. No X-rays were done at the urgent care clinic. What could be causing the pain and what can be done to alleviate it?
