I developed chest pain last night after having sex and it still has not gone away. It hurts when I laugh or take deep breaths. I also have asthma and am on Prozac for OCD/anxiety, and dicyclomine for IBS. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I took Excedrin Migraine medicine 6 hours ago. Is it safe to breastfeed? It says to only take 2 tablets within a 24-hour period. Does that mean it’s still in my system for another 18 hours?
