Would a septated gallbladder cause dull colic-like pain in the right upper to right mid quadrant? The pain has been on and off for a few years, and an abdominal ultrasound showed a septated gallbladder. Heavy foods like bread and pasta seem to exacerbate the pain. An endoscopy in the past showed chronic inactive gastritis. Should I be taking Prilosec for the gastritis, and is the pain likely related to the gallbladder?

I went to the doctor for inflammation in my left eye and was told it was Staph marginal Infoltrates, an autoimmune response to staph from my body. I was prescribed Tobramycin and told to return in a week. I'm confused about whether this is serious, if it's contagious, if I should throw out my makeup, and if the steroid drops are harmful. Additionally, I'm wondering if this could be related to taking antibiotics like Bactrim for a bladder infection, which might have killed good bacteria.

My bone density test results indicate osteopenia in the lumbar spine, left neck of femur, and left total femur. My vitamin D level was very low, which may have caused this. What could be other causes for osteopenia, and how long will it take to regain bone density with vitamin D supplements and weight-bearing exercises?
