I had Vaginitis diagnosed with Gardnerella Vaginalis positive. My doctor prescribed Vagicin 200mg, then changed to Metronidazle 200mg, and now Doxycycline 100mg. I'm still experiencing discomfort. Am I on the right track of treatment, and should I request a stronger dose if I'm not better after 7 days? Can exercise, drinking more fluids, or herbal remedies help reduce the bacterial infection? I also noticed a few dark red spots in the affected area and have had lower fever at night around 37.4°C. Are these symptoms normal?

I have been experiencing sciatica pain for 2 weeks. I've been taking Aleve, using heat patches, and a TENS pain relief system, but nothing has helped. I don't have insurance and am unsure whether to go to the ER, urgent care, or see a specialist. I've also been prescribed ketorolac injections, which haven't alleviated the pain. I'm 38 years old and have been experiencing shooting pain from my buttock to my leg.

I accidentally took a double dose of 40mg of Lisinopril. I took it about 2 hours ago. I am 70 years old and also take hydroCHLOROthiazide 25 mg, Lipitor EQ 40 mg, lisinopril 40 mg, omeprazole (Prilosec EQ), metformin 500 Mg 2 x a day, Zoloft EQ 50MG, and aller-Tec. What should I do?
