I keep having random pulses of pain on my head, mainly on the temples and towards the middle side, which last about 5-10 seconds and are uncomfortable. I've also been feeling a weird sensation on one side of my cheek and occasional tingling and numbness in my left pinky. Additionally, my anxiety has been high lately, and I started taking a low dosage of Zoloft about a week ago. Could these symptoms be related to anxiety or the medication, and could they affect my eyesight?

What are some causes of sharp pain on the right side of the belly button, which has been present for about a month, moves around the lower right quadrant from the hip, pelvis, or navel, and worsens with working out and eating, but does not improve with bowel movements or passing gas?
