If I use a combination pill, a condom, and the withdrawal method, what are the chances of pregnancy occurring?

I’ve been bleeding for over a month now. How do I make it stop? I take birth control regularly but I don’t know what’s going on. My bleeding has been stable except for one week when it got heavier and then lightened back up. I’m 24 years old, take no medications besides birth control, and have had an abortion in 2018. I also attempted to skip my period in August by not taking the non-hormonal pills and starting a new pack, and I’ve been bleeding lightly since mid-September. I was on a generic version of my usual birth control, Sprintec, but am now back on my regular Sprintec.

I have a 16-month-old girl who has had constant diarrhea for 3 weeks. She has been to the doctor twice, had her stool checked for viruses and bacteria, and was advised to stop dairy, but nothing has changed. She has 3 to 4 movements a day and started having diarrhea after a vaccination that caused a fever and rash, which have since gone away. She has been on a probiotic with no improvement. What should I do?
