Many times when I get up from a chair, I get dizzy. It lasts up to 15 seconds. What could be causing this?

I think I may have taken too much Delsym yesterday afternoon and was feeling 'high' all day and into the night. This morning I woke up and was still dizzy, now it is more than 36 hours after my last dose and I am still feeling disoriented. How much longer before I feel normal again?

Are there other rashes that can appear on the bottom of the feet and palms of the hands besides Rocky Mountain Fever? My 1-year-old has a light pink rash on his legs and hands, but he has had no fever, no fussiness, or any other symptoms. His appetite is still good.
