How long does Aleve stay in the body?

I was helping to steady a ladder by leaning hard against it, and I felt a slight twinge in my groin. I noticed a swelling that disappears when I am sitting or lying down, but appears when standing. There is no pain, and the swelling goes back in place when I put my hand on it. Is this a rupture? It is a little embarrassing in the summer when one wants to wear shorts or a swimming costume. Can you help?

I have a clear rectal discharge that smells bad. This normally occurs after I've had a bowel movement, but not always. I have had problems with hemorrhoids, but that usually presents itself as bleeding. The rectal discharge has been going on for about 2 months. I am a 65-year-old woman, not sexually active. Can you tell me what might be causing this discharge?
