Just a few minutes ago I filled my essential oil diffuser with water and lavender oil. The water was from a bottle that has been sitting still for days, however the water in the bottle was from my tap which comes from the county. It has sat for days at room temperature, though I don't see any visible murkiness or growth of any kind. After pouring it into my diffuser I breathed through my nose swiftly right above the diffuser to make sure it was emitting the vapor. Could I have naegleria fowleri?

I have a sharp pain in my upper back, right side, especially when I lift my right arm or twist to the right. The pain is constant when I move but stops when I sit or relax. It started two days ago and seems to be getting worse. I am taking back pain medication (ASA 500mg, methocarbamol 400mg, and acetylsalicylic acid 500mg every 4 hours). I am a 47-year-old female with type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and high blood pressure. The pain started suddenly while walking, affecting movement, and is located from the middle spine to the right side, just under the shoulder blade. There is no tingling or numbness. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
