I’ve been taking Adderall regularly (10mg in the morning and 10mg in the afternoon) with no problem. However, I’ve been working out intensively lately and noticed chest pains, even when touched. Is this concerning and what should I do?

I tested positive for COVID-19 with a home test. I have intermittent dry cough, nasal congestion, fatigue, and low appetite with carb cravings. I am 62 years old and on various medications including antibiotics, methylene blue, hydrochloroquine, bioid, hormone replacement cream, thyroid replacement, colloidal glutathione, immune boosting mushrooms supplement, zinc, magnesium, vitamins C, D, Bs, fish oil, and a multi-vitamin. I also have a history of irritable bowel and Lyme disease with associated occasional palpitations. I have been using nasal rinses with food grade hydrogen peroxide and increased vitamin C powder. What additional treatments or precautions should I consider?
